The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on the parties, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction within the United States.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EngageGenie regarding the use of the Site or Services and supersede any prior agreements between us relating to the Services.

13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
